Due to the nature of a formatted hard drive / deleted files recovery, it can be difficult to locate the exact data that the customer needs. For this reason, we charge an up-front attempt fee, which is deducted from the final bill if the recovery is successful.
This fee must be paid in advance of sending the drive into us.
Please contact us first before sending in formatted / deleted files hard drives.
Should the lid of your Hard Drive have been opened – for any reason – a non-refundable up-front assessment fee is required. This fee covers the clean room inspection time and decontamination process, and is an additional charge to the recovery fee.
This fee must be paid in advance of sending the drive in to us.
Please contact us first before sending in tampered with / opened hard drives.
